Necrotizing fasciitis is a rare kind of necrotic soft tissue infection, caused by bacteria invading into epidermis and subcutaneous tissue, mainly manifesting as fascia necrosis. It begins abruptly and develops rapidly with a high fatality rate. People with this disease often die of septicemia and toxemia if not treated timely, which should be paid more attention to. Early diagnosis, systemic combined therapy, local debridement and post - wound treatment are the keys to curing the disease. The new silver - containing dressing plays an import role in wound surface treatment. Hebei people's hospital admitted a patient with large area necrotizing fasciitis on buttocks in October of 2010. Post - treatment results showed that silver - containing dressing could shorten the healing time of wound surface, reduce number of times of debridement and dressing changes, accelerate wound surface healing,improve cure rate.%坏死性筋膜炎是一种少见的由细菌侵入表皮和皮下组织、以筋膜坏死为主的一种坏死性软组织感染.该病起病急,发展速度,病死率高,如不及时诊断和治疗,常死于败血症和毒血症,临床应予以高度警惕.早期诊断、全身综合治疗、局部彻底清创及后期伤口处理是治愈本病的关键所在,新型含银敷料在创面的治疗中发挥着重要作用.我院于2010年10月收治1例罕见双臀大面积坏死性筋膜炎患者,在全身综合治疗、创面彻底清创的基础上伤口局部使用含银敷料进行局部处理,结果显示:含银敷料可缩短创面愈合时间,减少清创和换药次数,加速创面愈合,提高治愈率.
