Objective To investigate the correlation between compliance to non - medical therapy and quality of life in adult patients with asthma. Methods A self - designed questionnaire of compliance to non - medical therapy ( compliance questionnaire ) and Asthma Quality of Life Questionnaire ( AQLQ ) were used here to investigate 129 asthmatic outpatients from 2 third - graded hospitals in Beijing. Results The total score of compliance questionnaire in the adult patients with asthma was ( 3. 7 ± 0. 6 ), and the total score of AQLQ was ( 4. 1 ± 0. 4 ). The average scores of inducement avoidance and self - monitoring domain of compliance questionnaire were positively correlated with the average scores of the total and each domain of AQLQ ( except the e-motional function domain ) ( r =0. 175 ~0. 429, P < 0. 05 ). The average score of physical activity domain in compliance questionnaire was positively related with that of symptoms domain in AQLQ ( r = 0. 255 , P < 0. 01 ). The score of health responsibility domain in compliance questionnaire was positively correlated with that of environmental stimuli domain in AQLQ ( r = 0. 234 , P < 0. 01 ) . Conclusion The patients should be encouraged to avoid inducing factors and keep self - monitoring, do physical exercise purposely, and increase health responsibility. It is helpful for improving the quality of life to pay more attention to the compliance to non - medical therapy for asthmatic patients.%目的 探讨成人哮喘患者非药物治疗依从性与其生存质量间的相互关系.方法 采用自行设计的哮喘非药物治疗依从性问卷(依从性问卷)和成人哮喘生存质量量表(AQLQ)对北京市某两家三甲医院门诊就诊的129例哮喘患者进行调查.结果 成人哮喘患者依从性问卷总均分为(3.7±0.6)分,AQLQ总均分为(4.1±0.4)分,依从性问卷的避免诱因和自我监测维度均分与AQLQ的总均分和各维度均分(除心理情绪维度)呈正相关(r值为0.175～0.429,P＜0.05),依从性问卷的体育锻炼维度均分与AQLQ的哮喘症状维度均分呈正相关(r=0.255,P＜0.01),依从性问卷的健康责任维度均分与AQLQ的对刺激的反应维度均分呈正相关(r=0.234,P＜0.01).结论 应提醒患者注意避免诱因,贯彻自我监测,指导患者有针对性地进行体育锻炼,通过多种手段提高患者健康责任感.关注并提高成人哮喘患者非药物治疗的依从性,将有助于提高其生存质量.
