目的 探讨炎琥宁联合西米替丁治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效.方法 选取2010年6月-2011年6月我院收治的婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎患儿72例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组36例.均给予退热、补液、纠酸、调节菌群等治疗.对照组给予利巴韦林10 mg·kg-1·d-1,静脉滴注,1次/d,疗程3～5 d;治疗组给予炎琥宁5～10 mg·kg-1·d-1及西米替丁10～20 mg·kg-1·d-1,静脉滴注,1次/d,疗程3～5 d.观察两组的治疗效果,记录两组退热时间、止泻时间、脱水纠正时间、抗原转阴时间及治愈时间.结果 治疗后对照组显效14例,有效10例,无效12例,治疗组显效18例,有效16例,无效2例,两组治疗效果比较,差异有统计学意义(u=3.49,P=0.012).治疗组退热时间、止泻时间、脱水纠正时间、抗原转阴时间及治愈时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 炎琥宁联合西米替丁治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎治疗效果明显,患儿退热时间、止泻时间、脱水纠正时间、抗原转阴时间及病程均短于对照组,值得临床推广应用.%Objective To investigate the efficacy of potassium sodium dehydroandroan drographolide succinate ( PSDDS ) combined with cimetidine in the treatment of infants with rotavirus enteritis. Methods 72 infants with rotavirus enteritis admitted to our hospital from June 2010 to June 2011 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with each group 36 cases. The two groups were both given fever treatments, fluid replacement, acid correction and regulation of flora. The control group was given 10 mg o kg-1 o d-1 virazole by intravenous drip one time a day for three to five days, while the treatment group was given 5 ~ 10 mg o kg-1 o d-1 PSDDS and 10 ~ 20 mg o kg-1o d-1 cimetidine by intravenous drip one time a day for three to five days. The efficacy of the two groups was observed. The fever and diarrhea healing time, dehydration correcting time and antigen turning negative time and healing time were recorded. Results After treatment in the control group, 14 cases were significantly improved, 10 cases were improved and 12 cases were invalid; in the treatment group, 18 cases were significantly improved, 16 cases were improved and 2 cases were invalid. The efficacy of the two groups showed statistically significant difference ( u =3. 49, P = 0. 012 ) . The fever and diarrhea healing time, dehydration correcting time and antigen turning negative time and healing time were all significantly shorter than those of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The PSDDS combined with cimetidine is effective in the treatment of infant with rotavirus enteritis by shortening fever and diarrhea healing time, dehydration correcting time, antigen turning negative time and course of disease, worth recommending in clinic.
