Objective To observe the efficacy of endoscopic surgery combined with glucocorticoid in treatment of nasal polyposis with the expect to develop more effective treatment towards nasal polyposis.Methods A total of 62 patients with nasal polyposis were treated with functional endoscopic sinus surgery with ( observation group ) or without ( control group ), a decision to be made by the patient, concomitant glucocorticoid medication.Comparement in terms of operation time, peri - operative bleeding, length of hospital stay, and clinical efficacy 6 months after the operation.Results The two groups were found to be significantly different in terms of operation time, peri - operative bleeding, length of hospital stay, and clinical efficacy 6 months after the operation ( P ＜0.05 ).Conclusion Glucocorticoid improves the clinical efficacy and prognosis of nasal polyposis patients who have received functional endoscopic sinus surgery.%目的 观察鼻内镜结合糖皮质激素治疗鼻息肉病的临床疗效,探讨提高鼻息肉病临床疗效的治疗方法.方法 选择鼻息肉病患者62例,根据自愿的原则,分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取鼻内镜下手术治疗,观察组在上述治疗的基础上结合糖皮质激素治疗,比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及治疗6个月后的临床疗效.结果 两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间和治疗6个月后的临床疗效比较,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 鼻内镜下手术治疗鼻息肉病,术前术后应结合糖皮质激素治疗,可提高临床疗效,改善预后.
