Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of ampelopsis grossedentataon nonalcoholic fatty liver and the possible mechanisms in mice.Methods A total of 48 male mice were randomly divided into four groups: control group, model group, positive control group, and ampelopsis grossedentata group.The model group received high fat diet.The positive control group received polyene phosphatidylcholine ( 150 mg/kg ) for 42 days from the 14th day.The ampelopsis grossedentata group were treated with ampelopsis grossedentata ( 300 mg/kg ) for 42 days from the 14th day.Morphological changes, liver indices, serum total cholesterol ( TC ), serum triglyceride ( TG ), alanine transaminase ( ALT ), aspartate transaminase ( AST ), liver TC, liver TG, and degrees of liver fatty degeneration were compared among the 4 groups.Results After treatment with ampelopsis grossedentata, serum levels of total cholesterol ( TC ), triglyceride ( TG ), alanine transaminase ( ALT ), aspartate transaminase ( AST ), liver TC, and liver TG were significantly decreased as compared with the nonalcoholic fatty liver model group ( P ＜0.05 ) and showed no significant differences when compared to the positive control group ( P ＞0.05 ).Histo-logical evaluation of mice liver showed dramatically decreased lipid accumulation in the ampelopsis grossedentata group.Conclusion Ampelopsis grossedentata exhibits therapeutic effect on nonalcoholic fatty liver in mice.%目的 研究藤茶对非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)小鼠的治疗作用.方法 将48只雄性昆明小鼠随机分为4组,各12只.正常组普通饲料喂养;模型组以复方高脂饮食建立NAFLD小鼠模型;阳性对照组在模型组喂养的基础上从第14天开始给予易善复150 mg/kg,治疗42 d;藤茶治疗组在模型组喂养的基础上从第14天开始给予藤茶300 mg/kg,治疗42 d.实验第60天处死小鼠,比较4组小鼠的肝脏形态学及肝指数,血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)水平,肝脏TC、TG含量,肝脂肪变性程度.结果 藤茶治疗42 d后,NAFLD小鼠的肝指数,血清TC、TG、ALT、AST水平,以及肝脏TC、TG含量均较模型组显著降低(P＜0.05),且与阳性对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).光镜观察结果表明,藤茶治疗组小鼠肝脂肪变性程度较模型组显著减轻(P＜0.05),与阳性对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 藤茶具有降脂及治疗NAFLD的作用.
