目的 为社区全面推进中医药政策提供依据,促进社区中医药服务进一步发展,提高社区居民总体健康水平.方法 本次研究采用抽样调查和典型调查相结合的方法,分别对苏州市居民和医务人员进行问卷调查.结果 居民对中成药的需求较高,达48.61%;49.43%的居民认为社区中医药最大不足是疗效慢;接受过社区中医药服务的居民认为效果很好的占40.75%,认为没有效果的仅为5.82%.84.15%的医务人员表示支持社区卫生服务机构提供中医药服务;86.75%的医务人员建议开展的中医药服务项目为推拿按摩.结论 应从居民、政府、社区卫生服务机构三个方向深化社区中医药认知基础,增加社区中医药特色服务项目,完善政策制度体系,建立社区中医药人才团队.%Objective This research aims to provide theoretical support for the popularization of community traditional Chinese medicine policies so as to promote the further development of community traditional Chinese medicine and the overall health status of community residents. Results Chinese patent medicine turned out to be the most demanded ( 48.61％ ) among all kinds of services concerning traditional Chinese medicine; 49.43％ of the surveyed residents consider the biggest drawhack of traditional Chinese medicine service the late - onset of curative effects; ahout; 40.75 ％ of those who had experienced traditional Chinese medicine service approved the effectiveness with only 5.82％ considered it ineffective. Of the community health workers surveyed , 84.15％ support the involvement of traditional Chinese medicine in community health service;86.75％ community health workers suggested that, before other forms of service, massage should be carried out widely the most. Conclusion It is better for the residents, the government. and the community health centers, together, to come up with strategies for knowledge - improvement, special service employment, policy system perfection, and team - building reinforcement with respect to community traditional Chinese medicine service.
