心理护理及健康教育对老年肺癌患者生存质量及情绪的影响

摘要

目的 探讨心理护理及健康教育对老年肺癌患者生存质量及情绪的影响.方法 选择2008-2010年我院收治的≥65岁肺癌患者136例,随机将患者分为干预组和对照组,两组各68例,对照组患者给予常规治疗及护理,干预组在此基础上给予心理护理及健康教育,对两组患者的情绪状态及生存质量评分进行比较.结果 两组患者干预后躯体功能、认知功能、情绪功能、角色功能、整体功能评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 心理护理及健康教育干预可以明显改善老年肺癌患者异常情绪,提高患者生存质量.%Objective To evaluate the impact of psychological care and health education on quality of survival and e-motion in elder patients with lung cancer. Methods One hundred and thirty - six patients over 65 years old were selected, who were admitted to the hospital for lung cancer from 2008 to 2010. All patients were divided into the intervention group and the control group randomly ( n =68 ). The patients in the control group received convention treatment and nursing, while patients in the intervention group received additional psychological care and health education. Emotional status and quality score of survival of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of body function, cognition, emotion and role functions were significantly different between the two groups after intervention ( P < 0. 01 ). Conclusion The intervention of psychological care and health education can improve the abnormal emotions and enhance the survival quality in elder patients with lung cancer.
