丹红注射液对老年冠心病患者血中对氧磷酶1、超氧化物歧化酶活性及丙二醛水平的影响研究

摘要

目的 探讨丹红注射液用于治疗老年冠心病的可能作用机制.方法 将冠状动脉造影确诊的老年冠心病(CHD)患者98例随机分为常规治疗组48例和丹红治疗组50例,采用乙酸苯酯法和比色法分别测定两组治疗前后的血清对氧磷酶1(PON1)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)水平并进行对比分析.结果 老年冠心病患者PON1、SOD活性低于老年非冠心病组,MDA水平高于老年非冠心病组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).丹红注射液治疗4周后,血中PON1、SOD水平升高及MDA水平下降,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);常规治疗4周后,PON1、SOD和MDA水平亦较治疗前有不同程度的变化,但前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗后,丹红治疗组与常规治疗组比较,PON1、SOD活性和MDA水平间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 老年冠心病患者存在脂质过氧化现象,丹红注射液可以通过提高血清PON1、SOD活性及降低MDA水平改善老年冠心病患者的抗氧化能力.%Objective To explore the possible mechanism of Danhong injection on the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease ( CHD ). Methods Totally 98 elderly CHD patients diagnosed by coronary angiography were randomly divided as conventional treatment group ( n = 48 ) and Danhong injection treatment group ( n = 50 ), then the serum paraox-onase 1 ( PON 1 ) activity before and after the treatment in the two groups was measured by using pheny acetate method, and su-peroxide dismutase ( SOD ) activity and malondialdehyde ( MDA ) content were measured by using colorimetric method. Results PON1 and SOD activities of elderly CHD patients were significantly lower than those of elderly non - CHD patients; and MDA level of elderly CHD patients was significantly higher than that of elderly non - CHD patients ( P < 0. 05 ). The PON1 and SOD activities were significantly increased and MDA level was significantly reduced after 4 - week Danhong injection treatment ( P < 0. 05 ). There was different degrees of change in levels of PON1, SOD and MDA after 4 - week conventional treatment, but with no significant difference ( P > 0. 05 ). There were significant difference in PON1 and SOD activities, and MDA level after 4 -week treatment between Danhong injection group and conventional treatment group ( P <0. 05 ). Conclusion There is the phenomenon of lipid peroxidation in the elderly CHD patients. Danhong injection can raise serum PON1 and SOD activities, and lower MDA level to improve the antioxidant capability of elderly CHD patients.
