品管圈助力营养配餐管理水平提升

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the role of quality control circle (QCC) activities in the management of hospital nutrition catering.Methods The steps of QCC was followed to grasp the status,analyze the key causes,and formulate countermeasures.Results The errors of the doctor's dietary instructions on cancer patients were significantly decreased.The standard rate of therapeutic diet was 96.3 % and the standard rate of self-selected catering was 96.3%.Conclusion QCC had a satisfying effect on promoting the level of clinical catering management,which deserved popularizing.%目的 探讨品管圈活动在临床营养配餐管理中的作用.方法 成立营养圈,把握现状,分析要因,制定对策.结果 肿瘤患者膳食医嘱执行错误项显著下降,治疗膳食配餐达标率为96.3%,自选订餐配餐达标率为96.3%.结论 品管圈活动提升了临床营养配餐管理水平,值得推广.
