In the new periods, the trade union, which is the representative of the staff, it has unique advantages to the hospital management. In 2013, trade union in Cancer Hospital Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences is honored to become“The Chinese Model Home of Staff”by the All China Federation of Trade Unions. The experience and methods on building the Model Home of Staff in Cancer Hospital Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences is summarized.
