目的:观察Q开关红宝石激光治疗面部雀斑、太田痣等面部色素增加性疾病的疗效.方法:应用Q开关红宝石固体激光治疗面部色素增加性疾病患者206例(包括雀斑78例,黄褐斑60例,太田痣37例,颧部褐青色痣31例),针对不同的病变类型采用不同的治疗参数,疗程根据皮损的性质而定,治疗后观察临床疗效及副作用.结果:雀斑、黄褐斑、太田痣、颧部褐青色痣总有效率分别是100.0%、86.7%、94.6%、84.2%,治疗后未出现色素脱失、瘢痕等严重副作用.结论:应用Q开关红宝石激光治疗面部色素增加性疾病疗效显著,安全、副作用少.%Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy of O-switched ruby laser in the treatment of facial pigmented dermatosis. Methods Q-swiched ruby laser(Germany Asclepion comany),energy density 3-9J/cm2, including 78 cases of freckles,60 cases of melasma,37 cases of nevus fuscoceruleus zygomatious and 31 cases of nevus of ota ,to observe the clinical effect and adverse effect. Results After treated 1 to 10 times,the total effective rate of freckles,melasma,superfical seborrheic keratosis,nevus of Ota and nevus fuscoceruleus zygomatious was 100.0 %,86.7%,94.6%,84.2%,respectively.There was no scar formation.patient tolerance is good,no obvious adverse effects. Conclusion O-switched Ruby laser in the treatment of facial pigmented dermatosis is effective,safety and less adverse effect.
