Objective We analyzed the characteristics of people living with HIV/AIDS(PLWHA)who reported unmet oral health needs since testing positive and compared those characteristics with people reporting no unmet health needs.We also identified barriers to accessing oral health care for PLWHA. Methods We collected data from 97 HIV-positive patients who had not received oral health care in the previous 12 months.We explore barriers to receiving oral health care.The questionnaire survey and chi-square of significance were used in analyses. Results Oral therapy was not satisfied of the three main reason was unable to bear the cost of treatment(91.7%),the fear of rejection therapy(86.6%),fear of privacy exposed (86.6%).Can't bear the cost of treatment,was not important,and afraid of treatment between the different education degree was statistically significant (P<0.05). Treatment was not important,I don't know access to dental care between different census register seat was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Dental Care need will increase by reducing the cost of treatment,protect the patients privacy,establishment of dentist unified ethics and professional conduct.Remote region is the key area of oral health education of HIV positive patients.%目的：分析艾滋病毒携带者/艾滋病患者（PLWHA，People Living with HIV/AIDS）不积极寻求口腔健康保健特征及现况，并努力寻找就诊障碍的正真原因。方法：收集97例近1年未接受口腔治疗的HIV阳性患者，采用问卷调查及卡方检验的方法，寻找不接受口腔治疗的障碍。结果：口腔治疗未得到满足的最主要的差异三大原因是无法承担治疗费用(91.7%)，害怕被拒绝治疗(86.6%)和害怕隐私被暴露(86.6%)。不能承担治疗费用、认为治疗不重要及害怕治疗与受不同教育程度之间比较，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；认为治疗不重要、不知道就诊途径与不同户籍所在地之间比较，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：通过减少治疗费用，保护患者隐私，建立口腔科医师统一的道德和专业行为准则，有望提高HIV阳性患者口腔疾病治疗需求的满足；而偏远和信息闭塞的地区的HIV阳性患者，是口腔保健宣教的重点对象。
