Objective The purpose ot this article is 10 Study the force system that produced by multi-loop edgewise arch wire while correcting patients with facial asymmetry and canted occlusal plane. Methods The model was derived from computed tomography dala.with adequate boundary conditions and tissue characterization, with orthodontic hardware (MEAW) to provide a more accurate re?ectkm of events during orthodontic therapy. Results It is uniform thai overall the stress distribution on the arch wire and the horizontal part of each "L" loop. Major strain was not concentrated in the POL.so it should be useful to obtain orthodontic tooth movement. Conclusion The control of displacement provides the moderate press which is in the opposite sides and offering evidence in treatment of skew occlusion plane.%目的:利用有限元分析法分析采用多曲方丝弓(MEAW)在治疗(牙合)平面左右向偏斜时牙周膜的应力分布情况,为临床操作提供参考。方法:应用CT扫描数据三维重建上颌牙列三维模型,Pro/E软件建立上颌MEAW和牙周膜的实体模型,将模型导入ANSYS软件,建立牙列-牙周膜-MEAW的有限元模型。对MEAW进行位移偏置,计算牙周膜的应力分布。结果:整体弓丝应力分布较均匀,并且弓丝每个“L”型曲水平部位应力较适度,牙周膜应力分布均匀,利于牙齿的整体移动。结论:控制MEAW的“L”型曲位移使弓丝两侧产生的方向相反、均匀适度的应力,能对左右向(牙合)平面偏斜产生有效的治疗作用,为临床治疗(牙合)平面左右向偏斜提供一定的理论依据。
