City-industry integration is a new development direction which put forward for city-industry separa-tion under the background of the transformation and upgrading of China′s industry. City-industry integration is a basic strategy to implement the coordinated development of the new industrialization and new urbanization. And it′s also the new measure to balance urban and rural development. Based on the analysis of the city-industry integra-tion studies at home and abroad,and choosing Yangzhong as the research area, the article broadened the connota-tion and concept of city-industry integration,constructed the city-industry integration evaluation system on the basis of the society, economy and ecology from the level of industrialization and urbanization development, and qualitatively and quantitatively evaluated the current situation of the city-industry integration development through the principal component analysis. The study concluded that the current situation of the development of urbanization was in accordance with the development of industrialization, some villages and towns had the problems that urban development and industry development were uncoordinated. Among these towns, the Sanmao town where the city center located had reached a high level of city -industry integration, the city -industry integration of the other towns was influenced by the center part, and their city-industry integration level decreased gradually from the cen-ter. And also, each town had a problem that the urbanization development lagged behind the industrialization devel-opment, the key to promote the city-industry integration was to increase the urbanization level.%产城融合是我国产业转型升级背景下针对产城分离提出的一种新的发展思路，促进产城融合是推进我国新型工业化与新型城镇化协调发展和统筹城乡发展的最有效路径。文章在分析国内外产城关系研究成果的基础上，进一步对其概念与内涵作了界定，并从产业化发展水平和城镇化发展水平两个维度选取了社会、经济、生态3方面指标，建立产城融合评价体系，并以扬中市为研究区，运用主成分分析法对扬中市各乡镇产城融合发展现状加以量化。研究结果表明，扬中市各乡镇产业与城镇发展现状基本相融，部分乡镇存在着城镇发展与产业发展不协调的问题，其中市中心所在的三茅镇达到了产城融合发展较好的水平，其它乡镇产城融合发展水平受中心城区的辐射影响以其为中心逐步递减，其次各乡镇内部均存在城镇化发展水平滞后于产业化发展水平的问题，提高城镇化水平将是促进扬中市产城融合发展的最有效路径。
