现阶段农业污染已经成为我国首要污染源.随着农业被纳入国家“十二五”主要污染物总量减排控制范围,农业污染减排被提上日程.但相比工业减排,农业减排仍处于起步阶段,在人员、技术及体制机制上都存在很多问题,加之农业源污染较为分散,实施减排难度更大.该文分析了当前农业污染减排存在的主要问题,研究提出了农业污染减排的主要途径,并提出相关对策建议.%Recently agricultural pollution has become the primary source of pollution in China.When agriculture is incorporated in the control range for mitigating total emissions of major pollutants since the " Twelfth Five - Year Plan" ,agricultural pollution mitigation is put on schedule.But compared to industrial pollution,agricultural pollution reduction is still in its infancy which still has many problems in construction of personnel,technology and system.Meanwhile,it is very difficult to mitigate the agricultural source pollution due to the more dispersed pollutants.The paper analyzed the current main problems in agriculture pollution reduction,and put forward the main ways to reduce the agricultural source pollution and related countermeasures.
