目的：描述和评价导尿管球囊扩张创造阴囊皮肤肉膜袋在睾丸阴囊肉膜固定术中的应用和疗效。方法回顾性分析了2011年6月至2013年1月入院的159例单侧腹股沟可触及隐睾的患儿，按处理肉膜囊的方式不同分为实验组（球囊扩张创造阴囊皮肤肉膜袋组）73例和对照组（传统切开阴囊创造阴囊皮肤肉膜袋组）86例；观察两组术中创造肉膜袋出血量、手术时间，术后并发症及阴囊伤口美观的差异性。结果实验组术中出血量为（0.36±0.04）mL，对照组为（1.21±0.19）mL，差异具统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组肉膜袋制作平均手术时间为（22.9±1.16）s，对照组为（63.7±5.29）s，差异具统计学意义（P＜0.05）。随访6个月，两组在阴囊血肿、伤口感染、睾丸萎缩、睾丸回缩等方面均无差异性（P＞0.05）。实验组在阴囊美观方面明显好于对照组。结论导尿管球囊扩张创造阴囊皮肤肉膜袋在睾丸肉膜囊固定术中是一种简单、快速、出血少和美容效果好的方法，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To evaluate the efficacy of catheter balloon dilatation creatING scrotal skin meat film bag in the fixation of testicular tunica dartos. Methods A retrospective analysis of 159 pediatric patients with unilateral inguinal-palpated cryptorchism between June 2011 June and January 2013was carried out in the study. According to different processing of meat membrane vesicles, the patients were divided into the experimental group (73 cases, balloon dilatation creating the scrotal skin meat membrane bag group) and the control group (86 cases, conventional open scrotal creating scrotal skin meat membrane bag group); Bleeding volume, operation time during the creation of the meat film bag, complications and scrotal wound appearance differences of postoperative were comparatively analyzed bwteen two groups. Results The amount of intraoperative bleeding in the experimental group (0.36±0.04)mL was,lower than that in the control group (1.21±0.19mL, P<0.05); Average operation time in the experimental group(22.9±1.16)s,was less than that in the control group (63.7±5.29s, P<0.05); The patients in the experimental group and the control group were followed up for six months.There were no differences in the scrotal hematoma, wound infection, atrophy of testis, testicular retraction between two groups(P>0.05); the scrotum appearance in the experimental group was obviously better than that in the control group. Conclusion Catheter balloon dilatation creating the scrotal skin meat film bag for testis meat membrane vesicles fixation is simple, rapid, less bleeding, good cosmetic effect method.It merits to be further application in clinic.
