incidence of erectile dysfunction(ED) in the diabetic male population was about 72.0%. Univariate analysis showed that the age, duration of diabetes, hypertension, using antihypertensive drugs of ACEI/ARB, symptom of blurred vision, symptom of numbness of limbs, were definitely correlated with the occurrence of ED. Fasting blood glucose, lipid abnormality, coronary heart disease history had some correlations with the occurrence of ED, but no significant difference. Multivariate analysis showed that antihypertensive drugs use of ACEI/ARB, symptom of blurred vision, duration of diabetes, age were all the most important risk factors for the occurrence of ED in male patients with type 2 diabetes, and their OR was 3.410, 2.303, 1.283 and 1.091 respectively. Conclusion The incidence of ED in the diabetic male population was about 72.0%. Antihypertensive drugs use of ACEI/ARB, symptom of blurred vision, duration of diabetes, age were the most important related factors for the occurrence of ED in male patients with type 2 diabetes. These factors might be helpful for early diagnosis and treatment of diabetic ED.% 目的研究男性2型糖尿病患者的勃起功能与糖尿病相关因素如年龄、病程、高血压、吸烟饮酒史等之间的相关性及影响程度.方法研究对象为2011年7月至2012年6月间，在我院内分泌科住院的男性2型糖尿病患者共200人，分别统计其年龄、身高、体质量、糖尿病病程、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、糖化血清白蛋白，血压水平、血脂水平、口服降压药，有无视物模糊症状、有无四肢麻木症状，吸烟史、饮酒史、冠心病史、其他特殊治疗药物和生育力等相关因素.同时，对于每位患者，采取国际勃起功能指数-5(IIEF-5)性功能量表来评估他们的勃起功能状况，采用SPSS13.0软件来进行相关分析.结果糖尿病人群中的ED发生率约为72.0%.单因素分析发现，糖尿病患者的年龄、病程、是否发生高血压、是否服用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)/血管紧张素受体阻滞剂(ARB)类的高血压药物、是否有视物模糊的症状、是否有四肢麻木的症状存在明确的相关性，且差异具有统计学意义.空腹血糖、是否有血脂异常、冠心病史与ED发生也有一定关系，但差异无统计学意义.经过多因素分析后发现，服用ACEI/ARB类药物、出现视物模糊症状、糖尿病病程较长，年龄较大，是2型男性糖尿病患者发生ED的重要相关因素，其OR分别为3.410；2.303；1.283；1.091.结论糖尿病人群的ED发生率约为72.0%.服用ACEI/ARB类药物、出现视物模糊和四肢麻木症状、糖尿病病程较长和年龄较大是2型男性糖尿病患者发生ED的最为重要的相关因素.这可能有助于我们及时发现糖尿病ED的发生发展，尽早开展治疗，提高患者的生活质量.
