目的：探讨不同程度良性前列腺增生症（BPH）患者勃起功能情况及相关因素。方法选择93例BPH患者。采用勃起功能国际问卷表（IIEF-5）对受试者进行调查，分别取阴茎海绵体内血液，采用硝酸还原酶法和分光光度比色法测定血浆中一氧化氮（NO）含量及一氧化氮合酶（N0S）活性。结果轻、中、重度BPH组勃起功能障碍（ED）发生率逐渐增高（P＜0.05），IIEF-5评分、NO含量及N0S活性逐渐减少（P＜0.05）。所有BPH患者IIEF-5评分、NO含量及NOS活性与IPSS评分均呈中度负相关（P＜0.05）。结论随着病程的进展，BPH患者ED发生率逐渐升高；阴茎海绵体内血浆中NOS活性降低、NO含量下降可能是BPH致ED的原因之一。%Objective To investigate the erectile function in patients with different stages degrees benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and its related factors. Methods Total of 93 BPH patients completed a investigate international questionnaire (IIEF-5). The content of nitric oxide (NO) in blood of penile corpus cavernosum was detected by nitrate reductase assay and the activity of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) was detected by colorimetric. Results The incidence of erectile dysfunction gradually increased in slight BPH group, middle BPH group and severe BPH group (P<0.05). IIEF-5 score, the content of NO and the activity of NOS gradually decreased (P<0.05). IIEF-5 score, the content of NO and the activity of NOS in all BPH patients were all negatively correlated with IPSS score (P<0.05). Conclusion With the progression of BPH, the incidence rate of ED accordingly increased. Decrease in NOS activity and NO content in plasma of the penis might be associated with BPH-induced ED.
