套算法评定肉鸭常用植物性饲料原料中总磷真利用率和真有效磷含量

         

摘要

本试验旨在用套算法测定6种肉鸭常用植物性饲料原料的总磷真利用率和真有效磷含量.选取体重相近的21日龄雄性樱桃谷肉鸭336只,随机分成7个处理,每个处理设6个重复,每个重复8只鸭.用常规饲料原料配制低磷基础饲粮,再将玉米、豆粕、菜籽粕、棉籽粕、花生粕、小麦麸与基础饲粮分别按75:25、60:40、45:55、45:55、60:40和55:45的比例混合配制成6种试验饲粮,各饲粮中均加入0.4%的TiO2作为外源指示剂.22日龄开始用全价颗粒饲料预饲3 d.25~30日龄为正试期,分别自由采食相应的饲粮,按重复收集28~30日龄期间全部排泄物,测定磷和TiO2含量,计算各待测饲料原料的总磷真利用率和真有效磷含量.结果显示,肉鸭对玉米、豆粕、菜籽粕、棉籽粕、花生粕、小麦麸的总磷真利用率分别为65.98%、45.10%、40.44%、20.32%、46.93%和38.59%,真有效磷含量分别为1.74、2.83、4.27、2.45、3.35和2.84 g/kg DM.%The objective of this experiment was to evaluate true availability of total phosphorus and true available phosphorus content in 6 kinds of plant-origin feedstuffs for meat ducks using a difference method. Three hundred and thirty-six 21-day-old cherry valley ducks with similar body weight were randomly assigned into 7 treatments with 6 replicates per group and 8 ducks per replicate. The basal diet was composed of common feed-stuffs containing low level of phosphorus. The 6 experimental diets were formulated by mixing corn, soybean meal, rapeseed meal, cottonseed meal, peanut meal or wheat bran with basal diet at the ratio of 75:25, 60:40, 45:55, 45:55, 60:40 or 55:45, respectively. Amount of 0. 4% TiO2 was added to diets as an exogenous marker. On 22-day-old, ducks were pre-fed with complete pellet feed for 3 days. During 25- to 30-day-old, ducks were fed with diets separately. All excreta from ducks in each replicate were collected in the period of 28- to 30-day-old. The samples from the excreta were dried and analyzed for the contents of total phosphorus and TiO2. The true availability of total phosphorus and true available phosphorus content in the test feedstuffs were calculated. The results showed that the true availability of total phosphorus in corn, soybean meal, rape-seed meal, cottonseed meal, peanut meal and wheat bran for meat ducks was 65. 98% , 45. 10% , 40. 44% , 20. 32% , 46. 93% and 38. 59% , respectively, and the true available phosphorus content was 1. 74, 2. 83 , 4.27, 2.45, 3.35 and2.84 g/kg DM, respectively.
