With the development of Zhejiang's economy,swine production maintains rapid growth,while it has negative impacts such as environmental pollution and so on.By the end of 2013,the Zhejiang provincial Party committee and the provincial government put forward "a total of five water treatment",which concentrates and harnesses water pollution in Zhejiang,and takes this as a breakthrough to force the transformation and development of the swine industry.In order to solve the environmental pollution problems caused by traditional swine breeding such as overloading of environmental carrying capacity,imperfect facilities for swine breeding and blind introduction of swine origin,Zhejiang provides one-two punch of transformation and development of swine breeding,which has made remarkable achievements in the short term of over three years.In this paper,we summarize the measures,achievements and problems of Zhejiang swine industry restructuring and development,and provide reference for the sustainable and scientific development of the swine industry in Zhejiang in the future,and provide inspiration for the transformation and development of the swine industry in other areas of China.%伴随着经济发展,浙江省生猪养殖业保持高速增长,环境污染等问题随之而来.2013年底,浙江省委、省政府提出“五水共治”,集中治理浙江水环境污染问题,并以此为突破口倒逼养猪业转型升级.为解决传统生猪养殖超越环境承载力、生猪养殖配套设施不完善以及盲目引进种源等引发的环境污染问题,浙江省打出生猪养殖转型发展的“组合拳”,短短3年,成效显著.本文通过梳理、总结浙江省养猪业转型发展过程中实施的措施,取得的成就以及实际遇到的问题,对未来浙江省养猪业的持续、科学发展提供借鉴,同时为我国其他地区生猪养殖业的转型发展提供启示.
