细菌生物被膜可以保护细菌不易被抗生素或常规消毒剂杀死,给临床感染性疾病的治疗和医疗器械的消毒带来极大困难.研究表明,噬菌体可以有效破坏细菌生物被膜,与其他抗菌物质联用作用效果明显增强.然而,应用噬菌体破坏细菌生物被膜同样存在一定的局限性.本文将近几年噬菌体作用于细菌生物被膜的研究做一简要综述,为临床防控细菌生物被膜感染提供参考.%The biofilms formed by bacteria can protect them from being killed by antibiotics and conventional disinfectants,which bring great difficulties for the treatment of infectious diseases and the disinfection on the surface of medical devices.Recent researches indicated that the bacteriophage could effectively disrupt biofilms,and had an inhibitory effect to biofilms when combined with other anti-bacterial substances.However,there are also some limitations of the application of the bacteriophage to disrupt biofilms.In this paper,we made a brief review about the research of the bacteriophage effects on biofilms in recent years,and we hope that it will provide new strategies for preventing and controlling clinical biofilm infections.
