目的 从洛伐他汀结晶母液中分离纯化杂质成分,并进行结构鉴定.方法 采用硅胶柱色谱、硅胶制备TLC、反相硅胶柱色谱、半制备HPLC等方法进行分离纯化；通过NMR、MS进行结构解析.结果 分离得到6个单体化合物,分别鉴定为脱水Monacolin L,脱水二氢洛伐他汀,Monacolin L酸,Monacolin L酸甲酯,二氢洛伐他汀和二氢洛伐他汀酸.结论 脱水Monacolin L为一新化合物.%Objective To isolate and identify impurities in crystal liquor of lovastatin. Methods Impurities were separated from the crystal liquor of lovastatin by repeatedly silica gel column chromatography, silica gel preparative TLC, RP-silica gel column chromatography, semi- preparative RP-HPLC and crystallization; the structures of the impurities were elucidated based on the analysis of NMR and MS data. Results Six compounds were obtained and identified as anhydromonacolin L, anhydrodihydrolovastatin, acid form of Monacolin L, methyl ester of hydroxy acid form of monacolin L, dihydrolovastatin and acid form of dihydromonacolin K, respectively. Conclusion Anhydromonacolin L is a new compound.
