目的:基于中医五态人格类型,调查早年留守经历外出务工人群人格特征的阴阳偏颇情况和心理健康状态.方法:以留守经历外出务工人群较多的河南省为调查地,选取18～25岁的外出务工人员327人,采用一般情况调查、五态人格测验、症状自评量表(SCL-90)和近期生活事件量表(LES)为研究工具进行问卷调查.结果:留守经历组少阳与太阴人格维度得分均高于非留守经历组;LES得分≤20分问卷,留守经历组与非留守经历组SCL-90得分比较,躯体化、焦虑、敌意、恐怖因子差异有统计学意义;留守经历组留守分离总积分与太阴人格维度积分正相关;留守分离总积分与SCL00强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌意、恐怖、偏执、神经病性因子正相关.结论:早年留守分离与太阴人格的形成存在相关性,且对外出务工人员心理精神健康状态有负面影响.%Objective:This research focus on the Yin-yang manifestations in " Five-type Personality Theory" and the mental health of migrant workers,who had been left-behind child.Method:Henan province was selected as the investigation area,where gathers the most cases of migrant workers.The group of 327 workers,who aged between 18-25Years old were investigated with Family Separation and Economic Condition Scale,Five-pattern Personality Scale,Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) and Life Events Scale (LES).Result:In the Five-type Personality scale,the Shaoyang score and Taiyin score of left-behind group were significantly higher than nonleft-behind group.For LES score ≤ 20 questionnaire,the scores of left-behind group in somatization,anxiety,hostility,phobia factor were much higer than nonleft-behind group with SCL-90;There was positive correlation between the left-behind separation total score and Taiyin score of Five-type Personality scale,and the scores of compulsion,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,terror,paranoia,neurotic factors in SCL-90;Conclusion:Formation of Taiyin personality in migrant workers group was correlated with early life left-behind experience,which in turn influence theirs mental health.
