山元氏新头针疗法(YNSA)是不同于现行头针系统的另一套体系,它通过YNSA理论,选取头部的相关治疗点对机体周身和脏腑器官病变进行治疗.坐骨神经痛是临床较为常见的疼痛,传统针刺治疗该病多以坐骨神经局部及其分支进行针刺治疗为主.故采用YNSA这一特殊针刺疗法,不针刺坐骨神经局部,只针刺头部患侧D点、F点、I点(均为阴点)治疗坐骨神经痛,疗效确切.YNSA疗法操作简便、安全,是对坐骨神经痛传统针刺疗法的拓展,值得临床进一步的研究.%Yamamoto New Scalp Acupuncture(YNSA) was another system different from the current scalp acupuncture system.On the basis of YNSA theory,treating the body and the Zang Fu Organs lesions with the revelant treatment point of head.Sciatica was a common clinical pain,and needling the sciatic nerve and its branches was the main therapy in traditional acupuncture treatment of the disease.This article adopted YNSA which was a special acupuncture therapy,only the head acupuncture without needling sciatic nerve,treating sciatica with the ipsilateral D point,F point,I point of head (both Yin point),and it has exact effects.YNSA therapy was safe and easy to operate,and it was the expansion of the traditional acupuncture therapy for sciatica and worthy of further clinical study.
