Objective:This study reveals pulse information characteristics of patients with malignant tumours.Method:On the basis of preliminary experiments researchers acqure and analysis hands Cunkou pulse of synchronous in each group of six subjects applied using three probe pulse diagnosis acquisition and analysis system by the method of three body parts and nine stratification planes.Results:Malignant group showed significant characteristic changes.Pulse rising branches appear jagged waves;The main wave to the top with a recess formed M-type movements.These two characteristic wave detection rate of 55.0％.Conclusion:This study proves the presence specific pulse waveform information of cancer patients.It provides reference for the objective study of TCM pulse diagnosis and early diagnosis of major diseases in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).%目的:揭示恶性肿瘤患者的脉象信息特征.方法:在前期实验的基础上应用三探头中医脉诊采集及分析系统,采用三部九候的方法,对各组受试者进行双手寸口六部脉象的同步采集、分析.结果:恶性肿瘤组出现明显的特征性改变,脉波上升支出现锯齿样波,主波顶端有凹陷并形成M形走势,此两种特征波检出率为55.0％.结论:恶性肿瘤患者脉象信息中存在特异性波形,为中医脉诊的客观化研究和重大疾病的早期中医客观化诊断提供参考依据.
