中医术语言简意赅,其含义确定依赖于特定的语境.中医术语英译中介词和连词的使用不当会影响中医术语的准确表达.故分别介绍英语、汉语、中医术语英译中介词和连词的使用特点与用法,通过实例分析中医术语英译中介词和连词的不合理使用及其问题所在并给出修改建议.中医术语英译中介词和连词的使用不仅要符合英文习惯用法,还要考虑到汉英两种语言的差异性和学科特点,更要体现各成分之间的逻辑关系和医理,这样才能更清楚地表达中医术语的实际内涵,促进中医学在海外的传播和交流.%Chinese medicine terms are concise yet still comprehensive,and the meanings of which are defined according to context.Any inappropriate use of prepositions and conjunctions of Chinese medicine terms would affect the exact expressions in English translation of Chinese medicine terms.This paper will discuss the characteristics and use of prepositions and conjunctions in English translation of Chinese medicine terms.In particular,it will analyze some examples to highlight problems that may arise when prepositions and conjunctions are used in the English translation of such terms.Not only should the use of prepositions and conjunction in English translation of Chinese medicine terms be in accordance with the conventional English presentation,the difference between the Chinese and English and subject features should also be considered.Furthermore,the logical relationships among the components of Chinese medicine terms and the Chinese medical theory should be emphasized.Thus,it is helpful to express the exact meaning of Chinese medicine terms and facilitate the internationalization of Chinese medicine.
