中医药是肺癌综合治疗中的重要手段之一,随着中医现代化的发展,中医药治疗肺癌的作用靶点和机制被逐步揭示,基于辨病辨证理论指导下不同治法的疗效也进一步得到证实.益肺清化法是根据肺癌总的病机特点,结合临床的实际情况,提炼为中医药防治肺癌的主要治法之一,在既往研究及应用中展示了其作用优势.故结合肺癌气阴两虚、痰(瘀)毒内蕴的病机特点及当前的研究进展,对益肺清化法在肺癌临床实践不同阶段的应用和有效性进行了较系统的诠释,并总结概括了其在基础研究中的可能机制,为今后进一步开展益肺清化法防治肺癌的研究提供了重要依据.%Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) is one of the comprehensive therapies in lung cancer treatment.With the rapid development of TCM mechanism researches,the effectiveness and multi-targets of TCM in lung cancer treatment has gained extensive attention.It has been further proved that TCM plays an important role in lung cancer treatment.Based on the fundamental characteristics of lung cancer,"Yi Fei Qing Hua" principle has been used in lung cancer treatment as an outline of TCM basic therory.Taken the lack of qi and yin,stagnation of phlegm and evil in consideration,this article systematically explains the effectiveness of practicing "Yi Fei Qing Hua" principle in clinical trials,which provides valid evidence of TCM in treating and preventing lung cancer.
