菩人丹对2型糖尿病大血管损伤大鼠FFAs及血脂4项的影响

         

摘要

目的:探讨菩人丹(PRD)超微粉对2型糖尿病大鼠脂质代谢的调节作用.方法:采用灌胃脂防乳结合尾静脉快速注射小剂量链脲佐菌素,建立T2DM合并大血管病变的动物模型.成模大鼠随机分为菩人丹低、中、高剂量组,马来酸罗格列酮组以及模型组,各组分别给予相应药物治疗4周,4周末杀检动物,检测血清FFAs、TC、TG、LDL-c、HDL-c含量.结果:模型大鼠血清FFAs、TC、TG、LDL-c含量较正常组明显升高(P<0.01),HDL-c有下降趋势,但无统计学意义(P>0.05).PRD低剂量组及马来酸罗格列酮组均能显著降低T2DM模型大鼠TG、TG、LDL-c含量(P<0.05),PRD中、高剂量均能极显著降低大鼠TC、TG、LDL-c含量(P<0.01);PRD高剂量组能显著降低T2DM模型大鼠血清FFAs(P<0.05),PRD中剂量组及马来酸罗格列酮组均能极显著降低T2DM模型大鼠血清FFAs(P<0.0 1).结论:PRD具有改善T2DM大血管损伤大鼠异常的脂质代谢作用.%Objective: To investigate the regulation effects of PRD on lipid metabolism. Method; the T2DM with macroangiopathy model of rats ( Wistar, male) were induced by gavage fat emulsion combining with intravenous injection of streptozotocin ( STZ, 30mg/kg) through the tail. The succeed model rats were randomly divided into five groups; PRD high-dosage group, PRD middle-dosage group, PRD low-dosage group, Rosiglitazone Maleate group and model group. Each group were administering intragastrically with corresponding drugs for 4 weeks. The animals were sacrificed and serum was collected. The levels of FFAs, TC, TG, LDL-c, and HDL-c in serum were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer. Results; Compared with the control group, the levels of FFAs, TC, TG, LDL-c were increased significantly (P<0.01) in model group. After treatment with PRD, the levels of FFA, TC, TC, LDL-c were decreased (P<0.0l~0.05). Conclusion; PRD has an improvement effect on disturbance of lipid metabolism in T2DM rats with macroangiopathy.
