5种中药不同组合抑制小鼠S180肉瘤及抗血管生成作用的比较研究

         

摘要

Objective: Comparative study of Inhibitory effects of Five kinds of traditional Chinese medicine with different combinations on tumor angiogenesis in S180 sarcoma in mice, For tumor treatment with better effect of anti-angiogenic compound Chinese herbal medicine. Methods; To establish the model of tumor bearing mice, were randomly divided into 7 groups, group A: the physiological saline group; group B1-5; five kinds of Chinese traditional medicine with different combinations ( B1 : Huang Teng acid, ginseng saponin, cantharidin; B2: Huang Teng acid, ginseng saponin, artesunate fat; B3; cantharidin, ginseng saponin, artesunate fat; B4: gambogic acid, ginseng saponin; B5 : Huang Teng acid, matrine ) ; group C: Thalidoraide group. The drug gavage, on 10 consecutive days, administration over the very next day, mice were sacrificed, measurement of tumor mass and volume, immunohistochemical detection of CD31 protein content, detection of tumor angiogenesis density. Results; In these 5 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine in various combinations, found Huang Teng acid, ginseng saponin, cantharidin combined inhibition of mice S180 sarcoma and antiangiogenic effect is strongest, compared with the normal saline group with significant difference ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Huang Teng acid, ginseng saponin combined with cantharidin Have stronger antitumor and inhibition of angiogenesis effect.%目的:比较5神中药不同组合对小鼠S180肉瘤抑制作用及抗血管形成作用,为肿瘤治疗提供疗效较好的抗血管生成复方中药新药.方法:建立荷瘤小鼠模型并随机分为7组:A组:生理盐水组;B1-5组:5种中药不同组合(B1:藤黄酸、人参皂苷、斑蝥素;B2:藤黄酸、人参皂苷、青蒿琥脂;B3:斑蝥素、人参皂苷、青篙琥脂;B4:藤黄酸、人参皂苷;B5:藤黄酸、苦参碱);C组:沙利度胺组.取上述药物灌胃连续10d,给药结束第2天处死小鼠,测量肿瘤质量和体积,免疫组化检测CD31蛋白含量,检测肿瘤血管生成密度.结果:在这5种中药不同组合中,发现藤黄酸、人参皂苷、斑蝥素组合抑制小鼠S180肉瘤及抗血管生成作用最强,与生理盐水组相比具有显著差异(P<0.05).结论:藤黄酸、人参皂苷、斑蝥素组合具有更强的抗肿瘤和抑制血管生成效果.
