目的:探讨白花丹参茎叶水提取物对博莱霉素致肺纤维化小鼠的治疗作用.方法:建立博莱霉素致小鼠肺纤维化模型,给予白花丹参茎叶水提取物ig治疗后,比较各组肺指数、肺组织病理形态、羟脯氨酸(Hyp)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平的测定,观察白花丹参茎叶水提取物对小鼠肺纤维化形成的影响.结果:白花丹参茎叶水提取物和对照组的肺指数、肺泡炎、肺纤维化的程度、Hyp及SOD均明显低于模型组(P<0.05或0.01),且白花丹参茎叶水提取物的高、低组接近对照组.结论:白花丹参茎叶水提取物能减轻博莱霉素致小鼠肺纤维化程度并有一定的治疗作用.%Objective: To investigate therapeutic effects of water extraction of Salvia miltiorrhiza stems and leaves on bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis mice. Methods: The model of bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis was established, and they were given water extraction of Salvia miltiorrhiza stems and leaves by ig, the lung index, lung tissue pathology, hydroxyproline (Hyp) and superoxide dismutase enzyme (SOD) levels were compared in each group to observe the effects of water extraction of Salvia miltiorrhiza stems and leaves for bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis mice. Results: The lung coefficient, alveolitis, pulmonary fibrosis, Hyp and SOD in water extraction of Salvia miltiorrhiza stems and leaves group and the control group were significantly lower than the model group (P < 0. 05 or 0. 01 ) , and the high or low group for water extraction of Salvia miltiorrhiza stems and leaves were close to the control group. Conclusion: The water extraction of Salvia miltiorrhiza stems and leaves can reduce bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis mice, and it has some therapeutic effects.
