Objective; To investigate the effects of eye acupuncture on brain-deprived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) expression and study the mechnism of ischemia- reperfusion injury improved. Methods; Rats established by suture method were randomly divided into the control group, the sham operation group, the model group and the eye-acupuncture group. After reperfusion 72h, the neurophysical behaviours were accessed by ZeaLonga neurophysical impairment marks; the expression of ischemic cerebral cortex BDNF mRNA was measured by RT-PCR method; the expression of ischemic cerebral cortex BDNF protein was detected by immunohisto- chemistry and Western blot technology. Results; After reperfusion 72h, compared with the model group, the neurologic impairment marks of the eye-acupuncture group decreased obviously(P <0. OS) ; The expressions of BDNF mRNA and protein in rat cerebral cortex after the eye acupuncture therapy were obviously decreased( P <0. 01) . Conclusion;The eye acupuncture therapy can increase the expression of BDNF in rat cerebral cortex with ischemia-reperfusion injury, and protect brain by improving the repair of neurons.%目的:观察眼针对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠脑皮质脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)表达的影响.方法:线栓法复制脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠模型,随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组、眼针组.于再灌注72h后进行大鼠神经功能评分,采用RQ-PC R、免疫组化法、western blot法检测缺血脑皮质BDNFmRNA及蛋白的表达.结果:与模型组比较,眼针组大鼠神经功能评分下降,脑皮质BDNF mRNA的表达和蛋白的表达上升(P<0.01).结论:眼针能提高脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠脑皮质BDNF表达水平.
