目的:对运用黄芪注射液治疗慢性心衰的临床随机对照研究的总体水平作出初步评价.方法:①以“(题目:黄芪注射液)and(题目:心功能不全or心衰or心力衰竭)-限定:人类”为检索式检索中国生物医学文献数据库；②由2位研究者独立筛选并建立文献数据库；③运用统计软件进行整体评价.结果:在117个纳入的临床随机对照研究中,明确说明诊断标准的13个占11.11％,报告有不良反应的61个占52.14％,有随访报告的5个占4.27％.结论:黄芪注射液治疗慢性心衰的临床随机对照研究质量普遍不高,有待进一步提高.而寻找合适的试验形式、建立合理的疗效评价体系可能是目前更紧迫的任务.%Objective: To evaluate the randomized controlled trials on Radix astragali injection for Chronic Heart Failure. Methods; ? Search items were: ( Title: Radix astragali injection) AND ( Title; cardiac insufficiency or heart failure or cardiac failure) , the search was applied to the CBM database;?Literature bolting and scoring was performed by 2 reviewers independently;?The trials enrolled were evaluated with statistics software. Results; In 117 RCTs enrolled, there were 13 ones ( 11. 11 %) illustrating diagnosis standard definitely, 61 ones ( 52. 14% ) reporting side-effect, 5 ones (4. 27% )with follow-up reports. Conclusion; The qualitative of RCTs on Radix astragali injection for Chronic Heart Failure were generally not high, and we should try to prove it. The more necessary duty of us may be trying to look for appropriate pattern of trial and to set up suitable system for evaluating therapeutic effect.
