目的：探讨应用黄芪并葛根注射液治疗气阴两虚型Ⅱ型糖尿病的疗效。方法：将166例患者随机分为两组，治疗组加用黄芪注射液、葛根素分步静点，并同时观察两组治疗前后症状及实验室相关指标。结果：总有效率治疗组为94.1%，对照组78.7%，两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。空腹血糖、血液流变学等指标治疗组治疗后均较治疗前有显著改善(P<0.01)。结论：黄芪并葛根注射液治疗气阴两虚型Ⅱ型糖尿病疗效显著。%Objective:To observe the effect of Astragalus and Puerarine injection on patients with type Ⅱ diabetes of both Qi-Yin deficiency type.Methods:One hundred and sixty-six patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treated group (86 cases)was given intravenous Astragalus and Puerarine injection.Changes of symptoms and related laboratory parameters were observed before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 94.1% while that in the control group was 78.7%,the difference between two groups was significant (P<0.01).The related parameters including fasting blood glucose and hemorrheology levels were all improved after treatment in the treatment group (P<0.01).Conclusion:The therapeutin effect of Astragalus and Puerarine injection in treating type Ⅱ diabetes of both Qi-Yin deficiency type is good.
