脑膜瘤中GHR与SSTR1的表达及其意义

         

摘要

Purpose To shirty the expression and its clinical significance of GHR and SSTR1 in meningioma. Methods The expression of GHR and SSTR1 was detected in 14 cases of normal brain tissues and 107 cases of meningioma by using immunohistochemistry of PV-6000 method. Results The positive expression rates of GHR and SSTR1 were 35. 7% and 28. 6% in normal brain tissues, and those were 70. 0% and 65. 4% in meningioma, respectively. The expression of GHR and SSTR1 was statistically significant between normal brain tissues and meningioma tissues, also there was statistically significant in different pathological type of meningioma ( P < 0. 05 ). The expression of GHR was significantly associated with the expression of SSTR1 ( P < 0. 01 ). Conclusion Both GHR and SSTR1 may play a certain role in the development and progression of meningioma, which may provide a theoretical foundation for clinical therapy of meningioma.%目的 探讨生长激素受体(growth hormone receptor,GHR)和生长抑素受体1(somatostatin receptor 1,SSTR1)在脑膜瘤中的表达及其临床病理意义.方法 采用免疫组化PV-6000法检测14例正常脑组织、107例脑膜瘤组织中GHR和SSTR1的免疫表达.结果 14例正常脑组织中有5例表达GHR、4例表达SSTR1,阳性率分别为35.7%、28.6%,107例脑膜瘤组织中有75例表达GHR,有70例表达SSTR1,阳性率分别为70.0%、65.4 %.GHR、SSTR1在正常脑组织与脑膜瘤中的表达及在脑膜瘤不同的病理分型中的表达有差异(P<0.05);脑膜瘤组织中GHR与SSTR1的表达呈正相关性(P<0.01).结论 GHR与SSTR1在脑膜瘤的发生、发展过程中发挥了一定的作用,为临床治疗提供理论依据.
