Purpose To investigate the expression and significance of forkhead box 03 a ( F0X03 a ) in patients with non-small cell lung cancer ( NSCLC ) and its correlation with the occurrence and development of the neoplasm. Methods The expression of F0X03a and CD34 in 69 cases of NSCLC was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of F0X03a in patients with NSCLC was connected with histologic grading of malignancy and lymphatic metastasis ( P 0. 05 ). It was negatively correlated between the expression of CD34 and F0X03a ( P 0.05).(3)FOXO3a与CD34在NSCLC的表达呈负相关(P<0.05).结论 FOXO3a在NSCLC的表达情况提示FOXO3a可以限制恶性肿瘤进展及控制癌组织中微血管的形成.
