Objective To evaluate the application of the self-expanding stents in the carotid bifurcation ste-nosisstenting.Methods 100casesofcarotidbifurcationstenosispatientsadmittedtoourdepartmentfromApril 2012 to February 2014 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group by random number table.The balloon-expandable stent was implanted in the control group, while the self-expandable stent was applied in the treat-ment group.The blood flow dynamics within 24 hours and the carotid bifurcation stenosis of blood flow after one year as well as the safety were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment group ( 96%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (70%) ,P<0.05.The complications in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effectiveness and safety of self-expanding stents applied in the carotid bifurcation stenosis stenting is effective with better safety.%目的观察并研究自膨支架在颈动脉分叉狭窄支架置入术的应用。方法将100例颈动脉分叉狭窄患者作为临床研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为两组，对照组置入球囊扩张支架进行治疗，研究组置入自膨支架进行治疗，对患者术后24 h内血流动力学变化，术后1年内颈动脉分叉狭窄处血流情况以及手术安全性进行比较。结果研究组的总有效率（96．0％）高于对照组总有效率（70．0％），差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。两组安全性比较，研究组并发症明显少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论在颈动脉分叉狭窄支架置入术中采用自膨支架的临床效果较为明显，能够有效地缓解血流不畅的症状，整体过程安全可靠。
