目的：了解中国目前中老年人群血脂异常的性别特点及其与常见慢性病的关系，为血脂异常和其他慢性疾病的防治提供科学依据。方法对合肥某个社区自然人群进行整群调查，根据2012中国成人血脂异常防治指南制定联合委员会推荐的中国成人血脂异常诊断标准，对血脂异常的患病情况进行统计分析。结果血脂异常总患病率为59．4％，标准化率为58．9％；女性血脂异常患病率显著高于男性（ P＜0．05）；高血压、糖尿病、超重或肥胖与血脂异常密切相关。结论中老年人群脂代谢紊乱的发生率高，有性别差异，且与高血压、糖尿病、超重和肥胖等慢性病有关。%Objective To investigated the genger difference and its relation to chronic diseases of dyslipi -demia in elder people ,and provide a basis for prevention and treatment of dyslipidemia and chronic diseases .Methods The Cluster survey was taken in a community in the city of Hefei ,and the prevalence of dyslipidemia ,which diag-nosed with the standard recommended by 2012 Joint Committee for Developing Chinese Guidelines on Prevention and Treatment of Dyslipidemia in Adults were analyzed .Results The total prevalence of dyslipidemia was 59.4%,the standardized rate of which was 58 .94%and the prevalence of dyslipidemia in female was significantly higher than that in male(P<0.05).Hypertension,diabetes,overweight and obesity were closely associated with dyslipidemia .Conclu-sion The high incidence and gender differences of the disorder of lipid metabolism were observed in the elderly pop -ulation,which also is associated with hypertension ,diabetes,overweight and obesity and other chronic diseases .
