Objective To explore the deletion rate of ultrasonography for abdominal diseases in health ex-amination subjects of new rural cooperative medical service.Methods 22905 subjects of new rural cooperative medi-cal service were included in the study.The prevalences of disease of liver,gallbladder,spleen and kidney were ana-lyzed.Results The hishest detection rate for abdominal disease in these cases was fatty liver(18.7%),followed by hepatic cyst(13.9%),renal cyst(10.7%),kidney calculi(4.1%),hepatic hemangioma(4.8%),gallstone(4.8%)and polypoid lesions of gallbladder(0.8%).4 cases were detected with malignant tumors who were confirmed by pathology.Conclusions Uhrasonography may be helpful for early detection and diagnosis of abdominal diseases and malignant tumors.%目的 探讨超声检查在为参加新农村合作医疗人群的免费健康体检中对腹部疾病的检出率.方法 统计22905例"新农合"健康体检者的肝、胆、脾、肾的各种疾病在各年龄阶段的患病数及患病率.结果 普通人群中检出率较高的最常见疾病为脂肪肝(18.7%),其次为肝囊肿(13.9%)、肾囊肿(10.7%)、肾结石(4.1%)、肝血管瘤(4.8%)、胆囊结石(4.8%)和胆囊息肉样病变(0.8%),特别是检出的4例恶性肿瘤均经手术切除并经病理证实.结论 农村人群腹部疾病发生率较高,应在体检人群中加强健康宣教,纠正不良生活习惯.
