目的:探讨对维持性血液透析合并糖尿病患者应用阿司匹林降低心脑血管事件的疗效和安全性.方法:选取进行维持性血液透析合并糖尿病的患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组.治疗组患者给予阿司匹林治疗,对照组不给予阿司匹林治疗.结果:86例患者纳入队列研究,其中治疗组42例、对照组44例.随访2年,2组全因死亡及心脑血管事件发生率差异无统计学意义;2组出血事件发生率差异无统计学意义.结论:阿司匹林不能明显减少维持性血液透析合并糖尿病患者心脑血管事件的发生,出血风险亦无显著增加.%Objective:To observe the efficacy of reducing cardiovascular events and safety in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD) patients combined with diabetes mellitus by taking aspirin.Methods:MHD patients with diabetes were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with aspirin.Results:Totally 86 patients were selected,in which 42 cases in treatment group and 44 cases in control group.There was no significant difference in the incidence of all-cause mortality and incidence rate of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular between the two groups,and no significant difference was found in bleeding between the two groups.Conclusions:The effect of aspirin in reducing the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in MHD patients combined with diabetes mellitus is not clear,but also show no significant increase in bleeding.
