Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of adhesive hydrocellular foam dressing for the treatment of radiodermati‐tis in patients with breast cancer after radiotherapy .Methods:A total of 50 patients with breast cancer who received radiothera‐py from Jan 2012 to Sep 2014 were recruited in the study group ,and adhesive hydrocellular foam dressing were applied to treat radiodermatitis .And 50 patients with breast cancer from Feb 2009 to Oct 2011 who received vitamin B12 by topical application were recruited as control group .The two groups were compared in frequency of dressing change ,healing time ,degree of pain , cost and interference on radiotherapy .Results:There were significant differences between study group and control group in fre‐quency of dressing change ,healing time ,degree of pain ,cost and interference on radiotherapy(P<0 .05) .Conclusions:Adhesive hydrocellular foam dressing has significant advantage in treating radiodermatitis resulting from radiotherapy in patients with breast cancer .%目的：观察自粘性泡沫敷料对乳腺癌患者因接受放射治疗而引起的放射性皮炎的治疗效果。方法：选择2012年1月—2014年9月接受放射治疗的乳腺癌患者50例，对发生放射性皮炎的患者予以自粘性泡沫敷料外敷，将其作为研究组；选择2009年2月—2011年10月接受放射治疗的乳腺癌患者50例，对发生放射性皮炎患者应用维生素B12外敷，将其作为对照组。对比2组患者在换药次数、愈合时间、疼痛程度、费用、对放射治疗进度的影响等方面的差异。结果：与对照组相比，研究组换药次数少、愈合时间短、疼痛程度轻、费用低、对放射治疗进度的影响小（P＜0．05）。结论：自粘性泡沫敷料对因乳腺癌放射治疗引发的放射性皮炎有显著疗效。
