目的：探讨孤立性纤维性肿瘤（solitary fibrous tumor，SFT）的超声表现并分析超声表现与其临床病理学特征的关系。方法：回顾分析经手术病理证实的10例 SFT 的超声表现，归纳其声像图特征，包括肿瘤位置、大小、形态、内部回声及血供特点等。结果：SFT 的超声表现多为边界清楚、边缘光滑的低回声或中等回声实质性肿块，腹腔是其最常见的原发部位。10例肿瘤均血供丰富。结论：SFT 的超声表现为边界清楚、血供丰富的中低回声实质性肿块，但仍需大规模临床试验加以验证。%Objective:To investigate the ultrasonic manifestations of solitary fibrous tumor (SFT)in 10 patients and to analyze the correlation between ultrasonic manifestations and clinical pathology.Methods:Ultrasonic manifestations of SFT,which were confirmed by operation and pathology,in 10 patients,were analyzed retrospectively.Ultrasonic features,such as tumor location, size,morphology,internal echo and vascularity were summarized.Results:The common ultrasonic manifestations of SFT were well-defined,smooth-contour,solid mass with either low level echo or medium echo.The most common primary site was perito-neal cavity.All the tumors showed high vascularity.Conclusions:The ultrasonic manifestations of SFT in 10 patients were well-defined,highly vascularized solid mass with low to medium echo.However,large scale clinical trial is needed for confirmation.
