Objective:To observe the early application of mild hypothermia combined magnesium sulfate treatment of brain injury efficacy. Methods: Early mild hypothermia and magnesium sulfate treated 35 patients on the basis of routine treatment,control group 29 patients were treated with conventional therapy, after treatment 7,21 days in the neural function effects were observed. Results: The treatment group in different periods neurological score was better than that in the control group, mortality was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusions: Early application of mild hypothermia combined with magnesium sulfate preparation can improve the neurological function of brain injury and prognosis.%目的:观察早期应用亚低温联合硫酸镁治疗颅脑损伤的疗效.方法:治疗组35例患者在常规治疗的基础上早期联合应用亚低温及硫酸镁治疗,对照组29例患者采用常规治疗,分别于治疗后第7、第21天进行神经功能评分,观察疗效.结果:治疗组不同时期神经功能评分明显优于对照组(P<0.01),病死率明显低于对照组(P<0.01).结论:早期应用亚低温联合硫酸镁治疗能改善脑损伤患者的神经功能及预后.
