This article introduces the sound result of digital smile design (D-Smile)of a real case of ce-ramic crown restoration of front tooth. D-Smile from cloud design of the all-ceramic systems can let the patients to feel the restoration in the mouth real. By increasing the convenience of dentist and patient communication and the success rate of the treatment,the results of efficient and perfect restoration of anterior teeth aesthetics are achieved.%数字化微笑云设计(D-Smile)是以结果为导向的修复理念,可使患者直观预见和评估修复体戴入口内后的实际效果,还可简化医生前牙美学设计步骤,提高临床医患沟通的便捷性和认可度,最终实现高效的前牙美学修复效果.
