目的:研究强酸性电解质水(SAEW)和碱性电解质水(AEW)对粪肠球菌生物膜的作用.方法:体外培养粪肠球菌生物膜,分为SAEW处理组、AEW处理组及52.5 g/L次氯酸钠(NaClO)处理组,各组分别处理0、1、2、3、4、5、10、15、30、60 min后,采用菌落计数法测定各冲洗液对粪肠球菌生物膜的杀菌率;另取培养24 h的粪肠球菌生物膜,分别用SAEW、AEW、52.5 g/L NaClO、生理盐水处理1、5、10 min后,用扫描电镜观察粪肠球菌生物膜的形态变化.结果:SAEW和52.5 g/L NaClO对粪肠球菌各时间点的杀菌率显著高于AEW (P<0.05),而SAEW和52.5 g/L NaClO的杀菌率无统计学差异(P>0.05);扫描电镜观察结果显示,随着处理时间的延长,SAEW、AEW及52.5 g/L NaClO处理后粪肠球菌的形态变化类似,均表现为生物膜中粪肠球菌减少,细菌表面粗糙且菌体开始皱缩.结论:电解质水对粪肠球菌生物膜中的菌株具有杀灭作用,且其作用机制类似于NaClO.%AIM:To study the bactericidal efficiency and possible bactericidal mechanism of strong acid electrolyzed water (SAEW)and alkaline electrolyzed water (AEW)on Enterococcus faecalis (E. faecalis)biofilm. METHODS:The E. faecalis biofilm on coverslips was cultured and treated by 52.5 g/L NaClO(control),SAEW and AEW respectively.The effects were examined by the viable cell count method and the morphological change of E. faeca-lis was observed by scanning electron microscopy. RESULTS:The bactericidal efficiency of SAEW and 52.5 g/L NaClO showed no significant difference(P>0.05). SAEW showed greater bacterial reduction than AEW(P<0.05). But after treatment,the trend of the time-dependent curves and the morphological change were similar among the 3 preparations. CONCLUSION:Both SAEW and AEW had bactericidal efficiency to E. faecalis. And the bactericidal mechanism was similar to that of NaClO.
