目的:检测釉质溶解素(enamelysin )mRNA在人和大鼠牙胚发育不同时期的表达,探讨其在牙齿发育过程中的作用。方法: 采用原位杂交法。结果:人牙胚钟状早期未见釉质溶解素mRNA表达;钟状晚期,成釉细胞和成牙本质细胞表达阳性。釉质溶解素 mRNA在大鼠牙齿发育早期表达阴性,在钟状晚期成釉细胞和成牙本质细胞表达阳性。结论:釉质溶解素 mRNA 在牙齿发育过程中的表达有时空特异性,提示它可能参与釉质和牙本质的形成。%AIM: To investigate the expression and action of enamelysin during human and rat teeth development. METHODS: In situ hybridization technique was applied to examine the expression of enamelysin mRNA in huamn and rat developing tooth germ. RESULTS:The enamelysin mRNA was detected in ameloblasts and odontoblasts in the later bell stage of human tooth germ development, but not in the earlier bell stage. Hybridization signals were uniquely detected for enamelysin mRNA in ameloblasts and odontoblasts in the later bell stage of rat tooth germ development, but not in cap and earlier bell stage. CONCLUSION:The expression of enamelysin has spatio-temporal characters. Which indicates that it may play a role in enamel and dentin formation.
