O bjective To observe the curative effect of fresh frozen plasma and cryoprecipitate on premature infants with hemorrhagic disease.M e th o d s 63 cases with hemorrhagic disease in newborn patients hospitalized in Dalian Ma-ternal and Child Health Hospital were studied from September 2014 to December 2015.The gestational age was(32 ±4) weeks . PT , APTT , and Fib were tested before and after the infusion of the whole blood or fresh frozen plasma and cry-oprecipitate to observe the changes on coagulation indexes.R esults PT,APTT and Fib were significantly improved af-ter the infusion of whole blood and fresh frozen Plasma and cryoprecipitate which were statistically significant ( P<0 . 05 ) . The improvement in blood coagulation indexes were more significant after the infusion of fresh frozen Plasma than cryoprecipitate than whole blood which were statistically significant(P<0.05).C onclusion Whole blood or fresh frozen plasma and cryoprecipitate can effectively improve the coagulation indexes in hemorrhagic disease of premature infants and prevent further deterioration of the disease hemorrhage . The combined application of fresh frozen Plasma and cryoprecipitate achieve better effect .%目的:探讨新鲜冰冻血浆和冷沉淀的联合应用在早产儿出血性疾病中的疗效。方法收集大连市妇幼保健院2014-09—2015-12新生儿科住院且有出血性疾病症状的患儿63例,胎龄(32±4)周,对其在输注全血或新鲜冰冻血浆和冷沉淀前后进行PT 、A PT T 、F ib的检测,探讨其输注前后凝血指标变化。结果 PT 、A PT T 、Fib在输注全血和成分血前后均改善较为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),输注成分血较输注全血后凝血指标改变更大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全血和新鲜冰冻血浆、冷沉淀的联合应用都能有效的改善早产儿出血性疾病的凝血指标,防止早产儿出血性疾病的进一步恶化,新鲜冰冻血浆和冷沉淀的联合应用效果更佳。
