目的：分析脑肿瘤手术实施瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚靶控输注麻醉的效果。方法72例脑肿瘤手术患者按照麻醉方法分为观察组38例(瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚靶控输注麻醉)和对照组34例(异氟烷麻醉)，对比两组患者麻醉效果。结果观察组患者麻醉时间与对照组患者麻醉时间对比，P＞0.05，而观察组清醒时间明显短于对照组清醒时间(P＜0.05)，麻醉后观察组患者血流动力学比对照组患者更为稳定(P＜0.05)。结论瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚靶控输注麻醉在脑肿瘤手术中具有良好的麻醉效果，血流动力学稳定。%Objective To analyze the effects of Remifentanil combined with Propofol target controlled infusion ( TCI ) anesthesia in brain tumor surgery . Methods 72 patients with brain tumor surgery were divided into observation group of 38 cases ( Remifentanil combined with Propofol TCI anesthesia ) and control group of 34 cases ( Isoflurane anesthesia ) according to the methods of anesthesia , and the effects of anesthesia were compared between two groups . Results Anesthesia time in the observation group and the control group compared(P>0.05),and the awake time of the obser-vation group was clearly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the hemodynamics after anesthesia in the observation group was stabler than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Remifentanil combined with Propo-fol TCI anesthesia has good effect of anesthesia in brain tumor surgery and stable hemodynamics .
