Myelofibrosis is a kind of clonal myeloproliferative disorder,which is characterized by the proliferation of bone marrow microenvironment and the influence of hematopoietic function.Although theincidence is low,it is easy to transform into acute leukemia,the prognosis is poor and the mortality is high.Anemia is the most common clinical manifestation of myelofibrosis.At present,many methods to improve the anemia of myelofibrosis,although have certain curative effect,but still faced with recurrence and other problems,this article will review the mechanism,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of myelofibrosis anemia.%骨髓纤维化是一种克隆性骨髓增殖性疾病,其骨髓微环境反应性基质增生,影响造血功能.虽发病率低,但极易向急性白血病转化,预后差,病死率高.贫血是骨髓纤维化最常见的临床表现,严重贫血往往提示预后不良.目前改善骨髓纤维化贫血的诸多方法,虽有一定疗效,但仍面临着复发等难题,该文将对骨髓纤维化贫血的机制、诊断、治疗及预后作一综述.
