The study of Qi and construction of qi-collaterals are the focus and difficulty of the academic research of TCM,which is also the breakthrough of the development of TCM to modern holistic medicine.Yi jing·xi ci said that the shape but on says the road and the shape but under says,"the shape but on says the road"means that maintain the guiding role of the overall system thinking,"the shape but under says" means that carry out practical activities through the use of modern science and technology.The organic combination of "metaphysics" that the overall system thinking of philosophy and "physics" that medical practical activities is the internal rules of formation and development of TCM academic theory system,which also be the research thinking in the study of inheritance and innovation of construction of qi-collaterals.%气与气络学说的研究是中医学术研究的焦点和难点,也是中医药学术向现代整体医学体系发展的突破口.《易经·系辞》曰:"形而上者谓之道,形而下者谓之器",所谓"形而上者谓之道"乃保持整体系统思维指导作用,"形而下者谓之器"乃借鉴现代科学技术格物致知.将"形而上"的哲学整体系统思维与"形而下"的医学格物致知相结合,形成中医学以"气-阴阳-五行"为主导思想,以天人相应、整体观念为思维特色."形而上"与"形而下"的有机结合不仅是中医学术理论体系形成发展的内在规律,而且是气络学说传承创新研究必须遵循的研究思路.
