Objective To observe the clinical effect of hydroxychloroquine sulfate combined with prednisone in the treatment of oral lichen planus .Methods Selected 84 cases of oral mucosal lichen planus patients in our hospital from January 2014 to 2016 January as the research subjects , according to the order of treatment , they were randomly divided into two groups, each group of 42 cases, the control group treated with prednisone treatment , even as the study group, the use of hydroxychloroquine sulfate combined with prednisone in the treatment .Compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect observed after 4 weeks of continuous treatment , recurrence, pain and adverse reactions occurrence .Results Patients in the study group, the total efficiency was significantly higher than control group (95.65% vs.78.26%,χ2 =6.133, P <0.05).The 3 month study group of patients after treatment of the recurrence rate and the control group had no significant difference (8.70%vs.2.17%,χ2 =1.903, P =0.167);but the study group patients after 6 and 12 months recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group (8.70% vs.26.09%,13.04% vs.39.13%, χ2 =4.842, P =0.027;χ2 =8.118, P =0.004).No statistically significant differences in VAS scores between the 2 groups of patients before treatment , [(5.37 ±1.42) vs.(5.45 ±1.32), t =0.345, P >0.05], 2 groups of patients after treatment , VAS scores were lower than those before treatment ( P <0.05);patients in the study group after treatment VAS score was significantly lower than the control group (2.24 ±0.86) vs.(3.86 ±1.12), t =9.598, P =0.000.The adverse reaction of patients in the study group during the treatment of the total incidence rate was significantly lower than the control group (8.70% vs.23.91%,χ2 =3 .903, P =0.048).Conclusion Oral lichen planus treated with hydroxychloroquine sulfate and prednisone can significantly improve the therapeutic effect , reduce the pain degree of patients , reduce the incidence of adverse reaction , recurrence rate and medication is safe and reliable , can be applied in clinical work .%目的：观察硫酸羟氯喹联合强的松治疗口腔黏膜扁平苔藓的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月—2016年1月于南京医科大学附属无锡人民医院口腔科诊治的口腔黏膜扁平苔藓患者84例作为研究对象，按照就诊顺序随机将其分为2组，每组42例，对照组采用强的松进行治疗；研究组采用硫酸羟氯喹联合强的松治疗。连续治疗4周后，观察比较2组患者的临床疗效、复发情况、疼痛情况以及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组（95è．65％vs．78．26％，χ2＝6．133， P ＜0．05）。研究组患者治疗后3个月时的复发率与对照组差异无统计学意义（8．70％vs．2．17％，χ2＝1．903， P ＝0．167）；但研究组患者治疗后6、12个月时的复发率明显低于对照组（8．70％vs．26．09％，χ2＝4．842， P ＝0．027；13．04％ vs．39．13％，χ2＝8．118， P ＝0．004）。2组患者治疗前的VAS评分差异无统计学意义[（5．37±1．42）分vs．（5．45±1．32）分， t ＝0．345， P ＞0．05]，2组患者治疗后的VAS评分均低于治疗前（ P ＜0．05）；研究组患者治疗后的VAS评分明显低于对照组[（2．24±0．86）分 vs．（3．86±1．12）分， t ＝9．598， P ＝0．000]。研究组患者治疗过程中的不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组（8．70％ vs．23．91％，χ2＝3．903， P ＝0．048）。结论口腔黏膜扁平苔藓患者应用硫酸羟氯喹和强的松联合治疗可以显著提高治疗效果、减轻患者的疼痛程度、降低复发率和用药过程中的不良反应发生率，安全可靠，可以在临床工作中推广应用。
